- This blog is maintained by Kunzang Dorjee Barling of Tibetan Kham Lingtsang Society. The society is based in Manduwala, near Dehradun, the capital city of the Indian state of Uttarakhand. The Society represents a small Tibetan refugee settlement named after Lingtsang Kingdom of the Kham region of Tibet. The purpose of this blog is to share information and news updates about our settlement with friends and family members all over the world.
Nice pictures. I like the angle of the photos, and the prayer flags. It would be nice to have brief descriptions for each photograph.
